This role is a 6 months' internship in Novus Asia Procurement Team, reporting to China Procurement Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assistant Asia Procurement Team to execute the purchasing and sourcing in Asia countries.
2. Contribute to manage the purchase requisition to purchase order.
3. Support the purchase order execution on Key mile stones, i.e., Transportation, Material Receiving into Facility in SAP etc.,
4. Assist the team to keep tracking the supplier performance KPI, accounts payable application, emergency management for purchase orders.
5. Other tasks supports to achieve the team targets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Academy degree or above, majored in Logistics, International Trade or other relevant majors.
2. Good communication skills. sufficient in both English and Mandarin.
3. Experiences in International Trade company or job as documentation clerk would be strong advantage.
4. Team work spirit, quick learner, can work independently under pressure.
5. Full time in summer vacation, at least 3 days a week from Sep to Dec.
