职位描述：

• Responsible for achieving the business objectives as related to mill and vendor management, cost objectives, product development and innovation
• Responsible for fabric sourcing and development across all business (included sportswear, intimates, activewear, sleep and denim)
• Develop an integrated fabric development process with the categories which included development of a digial and physical fabric library
• Work with mill and vendor for internal & external customers to ensure meeting the fabric goals
• Provide guidance to the fabric team to ensure utilize strategic fabrics to maximum benefits
• Establish mill matrix, supervise regional fabric team to carry out mill evaluations
• Work to enable increased collaboration between fabric R&D, mills and designers
• Lead color team to ensure mills achieve agreed color and shade continuity in bulk
• I***estigate fabric production problems and work with mills and garment factories to resolve on a timely manner
• Train and develop fabric suppliers, i***estigate into new techniques and technology to achieve category requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Textiles or related field
• 15+ years of experience in fabric sourcing, R&D and development
• Strong fabric development expertise across sportswear, intimates, activewear, sleep and denim
• Ability to manage, motivate and develop the fabric team
• Ability to plan and lead complex negotiations
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written skills in English
• Willing to travel frequently throughout the Asia
