Responsibility/Duty
1.Has a deep understand company business strategy, financials, products/services, sales & marketing plans to ensure achieving the organization’s short and long-term goals and profit objectives.
2.Understanding of customers’ strategic business objectives, how their decisions are made, their position in the market, their opportunities and their challenges. Develops strategic partnerships with customers where there are mutually beneficial opportunities and outcomes.
3.Develop and execute market entry and Major account strategies.
4.Proactively manages opportunities in the pipeline and constantly seeks new contacts and business prospects. Attract new business accounts, including but not limited to develop a new category with right products if needed.
5.Oversee all aspects of customer relationship and sales cycle with key accounts. Act as a 'trusted advisor', be extremely confident and credible in front of all levels within our customers. Consistently leverage knowledge of industry, retail, consumer trends and the customer's business to deliver additional value and finally achieve win-win partnerships with the customer.
6.Guiding customers quickly through company's sales process, regularly expanding commercial relationships;
7.Has extremely high authority / opportunity to set and negotiate product / service terms;
8.Plans own territory or account approach and has input into colleagues’ approaches;
9.Mentors others on WestRock's product portfolio and maintains insight into future product and service offerings and how to identify the value sweet spot and speak the customer's language.

Position Requirements
1.Education B.A or equivalent, preferably with in-depth knowledge of Printing and packaging
2.More than 8 years of similar experience in sales, marketing or business development, prefer to be familiar with printing, or packaging and Beauty & Personal Care background.
3.Customer-focused and results-oriented with a demonstrable track record in generating new sales and acquiring new customers with limited direction or supervision.
4.Technically adept professional with independence, drive and initiative. Strong problem solving skills, capable of handling assignment and projects with limited precedent.
5.Strong business acumen, financial acumen and analytical skills.
6.Commendable interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
7.Good team player. Experience and appreciation of working in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.
8.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
