Job Responsibilities 岗位职责：

1.Sell and develop Mister Cheese & Company (MCC) concepts in East Region retail channels in order to create partnerships with retail customers and increase Sinodis Sales

在上海零售渠道销售并发展MCC奶酪概念从而和零售客户建立合作伙伴关系，增加MCC奶酪产品销量

2．Supervise and fix targets for MCC cheese experts and promotion people in retail stores

管理零售门店奶酪专家和促销员

3．Cooperate with Sinodis retail department (Marketing , sales…) to develop cheese sales in retail channel

与公司零售市场部及销售部同事合作，在零售渠道提升奶酪产品销量

4．Regular retail stores check in order to improve MCC cheese corners implementation

定期进行门店查看，以提升MCC 店中店项目执行水平

5．Provide accurate reporting on KPIs to line manager

定期提供精确的KPI报表

Requirements 任职要求：

1.1-3 years working experience in FMCG Trade Marketing

1-3年快消公司促销经验；

2.Familiar with Retail Channel, like Carrefour, Ole, Citysuper

熟悉零售渠道,比如家乐福,Ole, Citysuper

3.Has rich experience in promotion people management

丰富的促销员管理经验；

4.Strong execution and accountability；

较强的执行力和责任心；

5.Good English in Reading and writing.

优秀的英文书面读写能力。
