职位描述：
1. Establishes and maitain the quality management system based on ISO9001 and customer demands.基于ISO9001和客户需求的基础上建立和维护质量管理体系
2. Coaches, develops and leads team & relevent menbers to understand customer requirement and take proactive actions to drive for Zero Defect in internal process 指导，培训本部门人员及相关人员理解客户需求并采取主动的措施达到0缺陷的目标
3. Leads and manages customer audits and regulatory/compliance agency audits 执行和管理客户审核和第三方审核
4. Reviews monthly quality performance（internal & external) with managers to drive for problem resolution and continuous improvement 评价月度质量表现并相应的提供解决方案和持续改进计划
5. Works as a partner with suppliers to ensure that the material spec. is followed, the process is under control to ensure the material quality and on time delivery 和供应商合作确保材料使用正确，流程完全受控以保证准时且高质量交付
6.Approves new suppliers with relevent departments and audit suppliers performance yearly.和其他部门执行新供应商批准并对原有供应商实施年度审核
7.Takes part in initial devolopment of new project. 参与新产品的初期阶段质量管理
8.Other task assigned by superiors. 上级安排的其他任务
职位要求 Requirments of the job：
1.大专以上学历. College degree or above.
2.熟悉ISO9001体系并持有内审员资格证.Be familiar with ISO9001 and has the audit certificate.
3.熟悉PPAP,FEMA等质量工具.Be familiar with quality management tools such as PPAP, FEMA,SPC.
4.至少5年的质量工作经验.At least 5 years experience in quality
5.良好的沟通技巧，领导力. Strong communicate skill & leadership
6.良好的英语听说读写能力.Be good at speaking & writing English 举报 分享
