Responsibilities include:
  
1. Communicate with internal departments for job description and new position opened;

2. Manage recruiting process and decide searching channels;

3. Search candidates, screen resumes, and make matches;

4. Communicate with candidates for initial selection;

5. Further interviews with candidates, and complete assessment reports;

6. Coordinate interviews;

Candidates need:

   NOTE: This position requires a HR professional with "hands on" recruiting experience in a fast paced organization.

1. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration or a related field required;

2. Have 4+ years recruiting experience.

3. Prior experience with a Staffing Agency or Executive Search firm is also highly preferred;

4. Ability to leverage the internet to locate contacts and generate interest among qualified candidates.

5. Think creatively, with the ability and motivation to analyze existing practices for areas of improvement;

6. Good communications skills in both English and Chinese (Verbal and Written) 举报 分享
