Job description / Mission
This job is to lead China HRIS* Service Hub to deliver business value focused services for Atlas Copco Globally and with focus on APAC region. To lead and motivate a team which supports, maintains and implements innovation to our HRIS technologies.
You will be a part of the global team which has the mission to secure a smooth operating HRIS and a high HR Master Data Quality. Migration of employee information and people management related functionalities into SuccessFactors, the new SAP based tool, which will be main HRIS platform for Atlas Copco in the nearest future.
* Employee data, reporting, people and learning management systems
Responsibilities
- To lead the Regional HR Services team to support system applications and Foundation Objects master data, including below:
·Successfactors Employee Center, PM/GM/CDP, Recruitment, Time-off, Group HR reporting
·Lotus Notes (L/N) DBs: AC Staff, Navigator, Internal job market
·Cornerstone on Demand, Sumtotal, L/N Regional Academy
·Interfaces support
- To manage, coach and develop regional team
- To increase systems usage trough activities on mastering of BKU systems’ knowledge improvements
- Manage workload of the team: global/regional/local. With focus to global/regional activities
- Execute role based permission
- Actively contribute to coordination with internal developers and vendors/support organizations to ensure proper support delivery based on input from locations from the respective region
- Actively contribute to coordination with IT and/or Finance in case solution/roll out needs their involvement
- Supervision of wiki updates
- Sum up user's common requirement through tickets to CAB
- Service desk coordination: coordination of ticketing & KPI
- Host & lead interaction sessions for BKU (HR professionals)
Experience Requirements
Experience with SuccessFactors(SF) / SAP at least 1 year is a must.
Experience with people management role is preferred
Proven experience in HRIS ticketing operation as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 (preferably)
Experience in coordination/leading from small to medium projects where several people/teams were involved
Experience IBM Lotus Notes platform or other business applications is a plus
Knowledge / Educational requirements
Good written and spoken English is a must
Proven skills in Microsoft Products, esp. Excel, Powerpoint
University degree, major in HR/IT/economical.
Personality requirements

Structured and organized
Interest in people: ability to engage and motivate
Ability to travel
Flexible working hours is acceptable
