职位描述：
Legal Intern
Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare translations and conduct legal research;
? Assist legal counsel with various legal activities such as corporate gover***ce, contract drafting and review, FDI and M&A projects, IP trainings, compliance trainings, commercial legal work, litigation handling, etc.;
? Maintain legal fee payment system;
? Provide new law updates to legal team;
? Assist in maintaining day-to-day records, dockets and files in legal department;
? Provide other professional and administrative support to legal counsel.

Basic Qualifications:
? Holding a China law degree;
? Graduate student or senior undergraduate with interest to work as an in-house or lawyer after graduation.
? Commitment to work 24~40 hours during working hours per week, for a term of minimum 6 months;
? Good oral and written English;
? Good communication skills;
? Responsible, organized and team work.
