职位描述：
The candidate is responsible for developing marketing strategies of all products and implementing all marketing activities to support all BU development managers to create demand of contrast media, IRT, injectors and disposables.

Responsibilities:
? Provide marketing support to strategic partners
? Develop marketing strategy and promotional programs to generate demand and sales of all Guerbet products BU (CM, IRT, ISS)
? Plan and implement key marketing programs and support APAC and global’s initiatives to enhance brand positioning and create demand
? Plan and implement all pre-launch and launch activities of new products
? Conduct training to distributors and end users at hospitals
? Being the expert in all visual identity aspects as well as in our products specificities and differentiations
? Support CM Business development to strengthen and implement Dotarem®, Optiray® and Xenetix® strategy to accelerate market share expansion.
? Support ISS Business development and ISS BU to work with OEMs to gain their acceptance for Mallinckrodt power injectors in their product list
? Demonstrated capabilities in developing brand strategy, with matching tactics; analyze market potential to identify opportunities; organizing marketing events to support sales
? Liaise with APAC and Global marketing for support and share practices
? Support all business development teams to their congress organization and participation. Marketing is in charge of all congress realization from application to final organization and participation.

Requirments:-
? Education: degree holders in science
? Experience: 5-6 years working experience in product management or sales, preferably with 2-3 years in imaging business.
? Also, experience in both marketing and sales, in China pharma market, prior experience with Radiology not required, but a plus; prior experience in managing external partnership a Plus
