职位描述：
- 制定和实施所负责产品条线的市场战略；
- 根据有效的产品策略进行各项市场活动；
- 对销售及客户进行产品培训；
- 组织参与相关临床学习；
- 制作市场宣传资料，例如产品彩页，易拉宝等；
- 制定和实施业务事宜以确保业绩目标达成；
- 建立、维护与行业内顶尖医生及学者的良好关系，以支持公司市场活动；
- 管理负责条线的货品。

职位要求：
- 本科及以上学历，医学或生物工程相关专业；
- 至少3年以上医疗行业销售或市场经验；
- 良好的英语书面及口语能力；
- 有手术器械方面相关从业经验的优先考虑；
- 能接受频繁出差；
- 熟练操作Microsoft Office。

Key responsibilities:
- Set and implement marketing strategy for the responsible product line
- Managing product marketing activities around identified product strategies
- Training of the sales force and customers on product knowledge
- Running clinical education program
- Prepare marketing material, such as product catalogue, roll-up, and so on
- Develop and implement operational matters ensuring achievement of objectives
- Building and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to support marketing activities
- Manage consignment sets

Requirements & Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above in medical science or bio-medical engineering
- At least 3 year of sales or marketing experiences in medical industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience in dealing with surgical instruments is a plus
- Ready for frequent business trip
