职位描述：
*Take the leading role for company strategic and operational purchasing team.
*Develop purchase strategies for parts in cooperation with the management and ensure the implementation of the company purchasing strategies.
*Developing/sourcing new alternative suppliers to ensure the new project in line with the target cost and time line.
*Sourcing new qualified suppliers to ensure the profitability of the new projects.
*Managing current supplier base to ensure the onetime delivery with good quality at competitive price.
*Build-up a qualified team to provide sufficient and effective service to internal & external customers.
Responsible for achieving the purchasing KPIs
*Lead the team to performance by giving training, guidance, and implementing necessary processes and follow up all activities by clear tracking and action plans.
*Coordination and communication within cross function team for problem solving.
To manage supplier development which include on site assessment of new supplier
Regular on site audit and also conduct regular suppliers delivery performance rating together with the related departments to support business requirement and continuous improvement.
Measure and monitor supplier performance/capabilities by KPIs, provide coaching on process/performance improvement to supplier
Identify strategically cost saving opportunities and drive into reality continuously 举报 分享
