Key Accountabilities:

· AP management includes payment application checking and payment arrangement, vendor document filing and review, accounting voucher bookkeeping in SAP and bi-weekly AP statement both for employees and suppliers.

· Tax issues handle includes VAT declaration and refund processing, BT&CIT declare and make payment. Cooperate well with tax officer for any issues important and emergent .Also assistant for preparation of annual tax filling documentation.

· Responsible for monthly closing to ensure it's done timely and preparing financial statements according to local government's requirement.

· Prepare managerial reports such as BS/PL reconciliation and review.

· Cash flow monitor includes bank reconciliation report, the cash flow forecast, and Saturn report for quarterly.

· Support manager to prepare the documents for external& internal audit, peer review.

· Record fixed assets acquisition, depreciation, movement, disposals and collect them into fixed assets register file and physical the fix assets in office twice every year.

Knowledge and Experience:

· University degree major in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred

· Knowledge of principles and practices of accounting (esp. IFRS and PRC GAAP)

· Minimum 3 years accounting related working experience in multi-national company

· Good command of PC skills and accounting software (SAP would be perfect)

· Good communication and interpersonal skills and other soft skills

· Able to work efficiently and effectively under time pressure to meet deadlines

· Integrated, diligent and detailed orientation.
