Rolls-Royce currently has a vacancy for an experienced Programme Lead to work on Supply Chain Development Projects in China. This position offers the opportunity to work as part of a close team delivering transfer projects from restructuring initiatives and commodity strategies in support of Supply Chain Development.

The Supply Chain is the largest single business in the Rolls-Royce Group. It is responsible for the integrated design, manufacture and supply of gas turbine components throughout the product lifecycle. We are a heavily integrated business and work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning & Control and Quality, together with HR and Fi***ce to provide the necessary tools, processes and capability to deliver value. This is the one place where an overview of all these aspects across the whole of the Group's businesses can be gained.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will provide project management expertise and resource to support parts transfer in China. Key responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders and interfaces (including external suppliers, SCU management teams, and engine project representatives)
? Develop and implement detailed project plans and facilitate regular internal and external reviews and reporting
? Promote the use of recognised project management tools and techniques and apply and share best practice
? Effectively manage the risks through transfer projects
? Champion compliance with "Source and Method Change" EP3.2.5
? Lead the project through the transfer process and deliver project milestones and deliverables
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree in engineering, Industrial management, supply Chain, marketing etc.
? Experience of leading teams to deliver complex projects within Supply Chain e***ironments
? Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills are required, along with the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
? Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative in a team.
This role may i***olve business travel domestically within China in support of Project objectives.
