职位描述：
Key responsibilities：

? Participate in analysis of suspected material deviations to determine problem ownership.
? Responsible to issue all rejection reports from material technical deviations towards external (also FMC/VCC) suppliers.
? Initiate sorting out and repair activities on inbound material and in house material stock by supplier or accepted 3rd party company, also valid for containment if cars on the yard.
? start the 8D process towards supplier
? Follow up suppliers towards root cause analyse and solution implementation according to the 8D process.
? Escalate problem towards Resident STA organization in case of serious deviations or cars on yard (valid for car plants) or component upgrade (valid for component plants) or insufficient response/performance from supplier.
? Follow-up of Supplier Quality Performance Level towards own Plant,
? escalate towards Resident STA organization if needed
