  主要从事新药研发工作, 能配合生物部资深研究员从事相关试验操作,如细胞培养,,RNA提取, Western blot和细胞凋亡试验等。能吃苦耐劳，愿意学习新的生物技术和方法。

任职条件：
1. 全日制大学本科应届毕业生, 主修生物学专业, 如细胞生物学,分子生物学,生物化学,药学等专业背景.
2. 能很好的安排工作时间，保证试验和报告按时完成；并能详细地记录实验数据，分析实验结果；
