职位描述：
HR Officer might coordinate and/or support all activities and processes relating to:
? Support the line manager to identify the training needs by giving professional suggestion, coordinate the training plan implementation, tracking the training effectiveness and give valuable feedback to make sure the effectiveness of the training program.
? Select, Identify and develop the talents together with the line manager to match the business needs of the company.
? Coach department manager to develop management skills.
? Coordinate the department manager to proceed the annual employee performance review including refresh the system and process.
? Coordinate the project performance appraisal.
? Control and keep improving the working process.
? Ensures implementation of Corporate, Region and Entity projects and processes.
? To assist recruitment activity.
? HR related system mainte***ce.
? HR consolidated reporting to the Corporate, Region and Entity.
? Communicate effectively with other departments to improve when necessary and solve problems.
? To assist in HR projects and other assignments whenever required.

Must have:
- Bachelor degree or above
-5-8 years’ experience in 2-3 HR functions in talent management, training and performance management.
-Good English and PC skills.
-Have good data analysis sense & ability.
-Knowledge of HR management methods and tools.

Nice to have:
-Recruitment experience.
-Social Security knowledge.
-Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people).
-Proactive attitude and high sense of responsibility
