Duties

1. Implement DFT functions, including scan (both DC and AC), boundary scan, Memory BIST and analog macro test logic;

2. Develop DFT related timing constraint and work with Backend engineer for timing closure;

3. Develop high quality test pattern (high test coverage and cost effective);

4. Support ATE bring-up and debug ATE patterns;

5. Diagnose failure of scan, BIST and Boundary scan, improve yield,

6. Develop DFT design flow.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering;

2. 3+ years’ experience in DFT design;

3. Hand-on experience in Synopsys (DFT Compiler/TetraMax) or Mentor Tessent tools;

4. Good understanding of JTAG and IEEE1149.1 standard;

5. Familiar with test pattern format (eg. WGL, STIL...);

6. Good understanding of synthesis and STA;

7. Team spirit and good communication skills;

8. Enjoy challenging work and a self-motivated team player;

9. Good understanding of AC boundary scan test and IEEE1149.6 standard is preferred;

10. Good understanding of IEEE1500 standard is preferred;

11. Good understanding of ICL/PDL files and IEEE1687 standard is preferred;

12. Programming skills with Perl, TCL or Python is preferred;

13. Good understanding of microprocessors, and computer system architecture is preferred.
