Job Objective & Primary Responsibilities
Job Objective :
? Diagnostic and solve air-conditioners vibration and noise issues for both self developed and OEM product. Optimize mechanical structure in new air conditioner development to meet target spec.

Primary Responsibilities :
? Work closely with AC R&D electrical and refrigeration engineers during new product development optimize moving component (motor, compressor, tubes) locations, mounting methods and tubing to minimize vibration and noise.
? Diagnostic and solve noise and vibration issues of existing and new developed air conditioners.
? Competition analysis, understand the latest technology update in the industry field.
? Ensure technical communication with main customers trying to answer as close as possible to their requirements, assist them with our knowledge and competence.
? Build, organize and maintain all technical knowledge databases pertaining to acoustic, so that the quality and efficiency of our designs are permanently improved.
? Assist other engineers in project phase with solutions to technical problems and ensure the best transfer of knowledge to them.
? Lead the vibration related prototype test and verification test.

Qualification Requirements
? Over 3 years experience in acoustics.
? Over 3 years experience on noise simulation, CAE and acoustics lab.
? BSME or equivalent work experience.
? Fluent in English language.
? Proficient in use of Acoustic Instrumentation (Spectrum Analyzer, Sound Level Meter, accelerometer, shaker, etc ).
