Job Objective & Primary Responsibilities
Job Objective :
? New refrigeration technology research to meet the requirements from product design team for higher efficiency air conditioner.
? Develop methodologies for optimizing refrigeration system, and components.

Primary Responsibilities :
? Develop new refrigeration technology (high efficiency heat-exchanger, new circuiting methods to meet various applications, etc).
? Control logic development for DC inverter system.
? Search for methods of refrigeration system optimization (simulation, FEA tool usage etc), documented and share with AC product R&D team.
? Work closely with AC R&D refrigeration engineers, supporting them with technologies needed on new products.
? Gather information of advanced technologies available in HVAC industry.
? Competitor analysis: main features of their product and technologies to release the feature.
? Build, organize and maintain all technical knowledge databases pertaining to refrigeration system, so that the quality and efficiency of our designs are permanently improved.

Qualification Requirements
? Master or above in refrigeration area.
? 6+ years of experience on air conditioner refrigeration system R&D.
? Good Knowledge and experience in developing DC inverter control logic.
? Good communication in English.
? Good team work capability.
