职位描述：
Main Task

-Draft, negotiate and review contracts to support both China and corporate for both international and domestic requirements;
-Responsible for solving and cooperation with external legal firm to deal with disputes, arbitrations and litigation issues;
-Support the local management to provide professional legal suggestions;
-Setup credit control policy , examine and approve the credit request and provide legal support on A/R collection issues;
-Support the fi***ce director to setup proper internal control on Compliance and risk management, to establish process to identify , quantify and analysis risks ; setup and implement internal control to mitigate risks;
-Organize training to employee regarding legal , compliance and other risk-related matters
-Other ad-hoc assignments to support local management;

Skills

Fluent in both oral and written English;
Good Communication skill

Requirements

-Bachelor degree or above; major in law of commercial/economics will be preferred;
-With a good knowledge of corporate law, specifically to ensure the corporate housekeeping; Knowledge/experience on intellectual property rights will be preferred;
-6 years or above relevant experience; experience in multinational law firm will be preferred;
-Willingness to take responsibilities;
-Work independently under pressure;
