Job description:

In this challenging role you'll be in charge of designing, implementing and coordinating customer documentation for the telecommunication products developed by our R&D. This position also provides the opportunity to think like the user and directly provide documentation to the customer. As an engineer, your technical knowledge will be a great asset in creating the product documents our global customers need to be able to effectively operate their mobile networks. As a technical writer with an excellent command of the English language and excellent writing skills, your technical interest as well as your interviewing and information gathering skills will prove invaluable, as you work together with technical experts on complex products.

Main tasks:

- Information planning for customer documents with

- Information gathering from various sources and interviews with development teams

- Creating quality technical documentation for SW products

Requirement:

- Diploma in a technical field (preferably IT or telecommunication) or in English with technical writing experience

- Excellent English language writing skills, both verbal and written

- Customer focus

- Ability to work independently

- Active and energetic attitude to cope with tight deadlines

- Interviewing skills

- Information gathering skills

- Knowledge of the Rel4 system and products is an advantage
