职位描述：
Main Responsibilities：
Instruct group member to obey the safety rules, ensure production safety;
Instruct group member follow production procedure, instruction, ensure product quality;
Direct, control and monitor the Insulating production line ; ensure delivery time;
Use lean production tools continually improvement productivity;
Productivity and Employee working evaluation, ;
Organize internal training according to different working station skill
Arrange equipment and human resource according to business development

Requirements：
Knowledge of Chemical and Electrical Engineering
5+ years experience in production line or related
3+ years experience of team leader
Working experience in multi-national company is preferable
