Description
Key Responsibilities:       
? Perform delivery focused project reviews across onsite and offshore
? Coach delivery teams on how to manage risks and issues and work collaboratively towards success. Identify hidden risks and coach PMs for Risk Mitigation by leveraging past experiences
? Perform project startup, configuration, milestone audits thus ensuring good product quality
? Be an advocate for technology based tools and reusable assets and techniques to improve our delivery to clients
? Coach delivery teams for process implementations and standardization in projects
? Drive the process initiatives/improvement activities, identify process improvements and share Organization and industry best practices
? Ensure CMMi compliance in the projects
? Coach and conduct QMS trainings for the teams
? Develop project specific check lists, guidelines etc.,
? Guide team to perform effective reviews at all stages of the life-cycle and participate as a moderator in the reviews and testing carried out by the teams
? Analyze and perform quantitative & qualitative analysis for PM/DM & DPs through QMR
? Coordinate with the delivery team for Internal and External Audits at the Delivery Center
Required Skills: 
Experience 8 to 10 Years
 
? Should have experience of Development/Testing/Project Management 
? Should have hands on experience on delivery / testing technology based tools
? Should have good communications skill
? Good to have knowledge of Project Management / Engagement Management 
? Good to have knowledge of project Fi***cials and Budgeting
 
Educational Qualification: 
Any Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably in Computer Science/Computer Applications
Languages: 
Should have good proficiency in English and Japanese
