1. Business structure linkage (Part of process or organisation)
The role is located in the VLM part of Global Consumer Experience and reports to China VLM. The role is operating in the Product Development Process, leading specific cross functional programs focusing overall business and delivering according to decided targets.
Main responsibility is to lead and execute specific business vehicle programs from to .

2. Purpose
Lead and own the business deliverables for specific programs, to secure maximized output in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and brand development through systematic use of market, customer knowledge based on data and business needs.

3. Main Tasks
? Lead and execute specific Vehicle Programs from to according to above purpose with a total business focus.
? Lead the program specific cross functional Business team from Global Consumer Experience, Fi***ce, Quality, Design, IT, PR, Customer service. Secure other necessary cross functional i***olvement.
? Prior : Define specific program content, which support company objectives.
? Post : Execution of specific Vehicle programs to deliver specified product and program business targets decided at latest gate.
? Manage lifecycle activities within specific programs over time pending needs (e.g. business, quality, customer perception).
? Deliver Vehicle Line prerequisites for specific programs for Cycle Plan updates.

4. Responsibility
? Lead specific Vehicle programs and deliver business objectives according to targets.
? Coordinate Program reports to PB for specific programs.
? Lead delivering of Vehicle binder for specific programs.
? Lead delivering of business equation for specific programs.
? Coordinate market specification and product specification for specific programs.
? Lead the program specific Business program meeting VPMM.
? Report Business program / cluster status at PMM
? Manage new content requests cross program / clusters (e.g. RATIO, KVAL, MARK) for specific programs.
? Develop learning, people and teams within specific programs.
5. Authority
Prior define specific program content, which support company objectives.
Post Execution of specific programs to deliver specified product and program business targets decided at latest gate.
Decide actions within given specific programs frames.
                        
6. Competence Requirements

Education & Experience
Education in Technical or Business University, or equivalent education
Broad cross functional work experience
Fluent in English, both verbally and written skills, other languages is a merit
Strong Industrial, Product or Business development Project experience
Broad Project Leader experience
Senior Line Manager experience
