职位描述：
Client Relationship
- Communicate with the client to understand their needs
- Set expectations for delivery time windows
- Delivery frequent onboarding updates

Client Project Management
- Create detailed schedules for both the client and for internal use
- Ensure requirements for onboarding each client is communicated to impacted internal teams in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage the schedule to ensure all required tasks are completed as per schedule and in accordance to the agreement and client’s expectations
- Provide progress reporting to client and management team

Essential competencies include:
1. Project Management experience, ideally a minimum of 3-5 years.
2. Intermediate Client Relationship Management skills
3. Advanced English language abilities

Desired competencies include:
1. Advanced Project Management Service Industry experience
2. Intermediate Project management IT industry experience
3. Intermediate Chinese language abilities
