Overview

Our Learning & Development department provides comprehensive programs for staff members to ensure their career development and maintain our quality service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the logistics and administration of training courses and ad hoc firm events. He/She will ensure that venues, trainers, materials and equipment are properly arranged for training programmes and events.

Responsibilities:
· To manage office maintenance, office renovation
· To arrange the course materials
· To perform general office administration duties
· To arrange the classroom setting
· To arrange the web-casting
· Others training support

Requirements:
· Associate degree or above
· Previous experience in training administration or office assistant role would be a plus for the application
· Good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT
· Good planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
· Positive working attitude and good team work spirit
· Reasonable English standard
· Good team player and well organized
· Proactive and able to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines
