职位描述：
Organize、management the normal operation of production department. Set up the Rules and Regulations of production site. Planning of the production site according to different project.
组织、管理生产部门的正常运作，制定生产现场的规章制度并按不同项目规划现场。

Organize、promote 、control and carry out all quality action. And coordinate PCE/PDE to improve production quality in order to achieve quality require.
组织、推动、控制和执行各项品质活动，并协同PCE或PDE的改善来提高产品质量以便达到品质要求。

Coordinate PCE to Organize and optimize the production process to improve the production efficiency and the production quality is improved continuously .achieve the work standardization.
配合PCE组织并优化生产工序来提高生产效率以便产品质量不断改善，并实现工作标准化。

Coordinate PCE/PDE to make all sort of engineering experiment according to company procedure.
配合PCE或PDE做各种工程试验。

Estimate all production condition and human resource according to production plan by LGC. Promote and control the task’s status as to finish the shipment plan in time. Feedback and coordinate with planner if any question.
按照生产计划评估各项生产条件和生产人力资源，并监控生产任务的状况以便及时完成出货计划，如有任何问题，将反馈并与计划部协调。

Confirm the qualification of department personnel. Rule their work require and duty scope according to different position.
确定部门人员的资格条件，按不同的职位规定他们的工作要求和职责范围。

Organize、guide and training department personnel according to different position.
按部门人员的不同职位组织、引导并培训。

Organize and promote to carry out 6S and check their status.
组织并推动6S的实施并检查实施情况。

任职条件:
Bachelor’s degree or above with major in mechanical engineering, or equivalent subject
本科学历以上，机械工程或相应专业优先

Good command of English & mandatory in both oral and written.
良好的口头和书面英语。

With strong application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, etc.
较强的办公软件应用能力，文档、数据表格等。

More than 8 years management experience in manufacturing industry, Automotive industry is favorable
制造行业8年以上相关管理经验，汽车行业优先

Can properly deal with all kinds of incidents and problems in production
能够比较妥善的处理生产过程中发生的各类事件及问题

Have strong organization management ability and communication skills
