职位描述：
Major tasks and responsibilities:
主要职责及工作内容：

1. Relocation coordination:
？ Responsible for expatriate relocation/repatriation service, act as contact person for the relocation service for employees and agency;
？ Coordinate the school issue for the expatriates' kids. Coordinate the Health and Safety issues for the expatriates and the family.
2. Staff well-being and community activities:
？ Assists Head of C&B in administration of the internal regulations related staff well-being, all extra-contractual agreements, and any other provision that may be applicable;
？ Responsible for working meal subsidy;
？ Organizes or provides advice to community activities (internal or external);
？ Coordinate the local school enrollment for employees ’children;
？ Employee annual well-being physical examination arrangement,
？ Coordinate with SOS about the agreement, payment, special case following etc.
3. Employee commercial insurance:
？ Have good knowledge of commercial insurance & social insurance (medical & work injure insurance policy );
？ Contract Negotiation and renew, premium follow-up; orientation training to new comers;
？ Processing insurance and claims Monthly ,Medical cases following up
4. HR related information collection and project assign by Head of C&B;


Job Requirements:

– Bachelor degree or the equivalent
– 3-5 years’ experience of ADM or HR or Relocation;
– Ability to work independently and on own initiative;
– Patient and easy to communicate with; ability to work on details;
– Good English and knowledge of Microsoft Office

斯道拉恩索在广西的经营包括人工林及北海高档包装纸板厂，是广西目前***的外商投资项目，也是斯道拉恩索集团战略转型中的重要投资之一。

北海工厂现投资总额为8亿欧元，产能45万吨的纸板机生产线于2016年5月26日正式投产。工厂采用国际公认的最先进环保设备和成熟技术，主要生产液体包装纸板、社会白卡、涂布牛卡以及餐饮服务类纸板等高档纸板产品，服务于食品、饮料、药品、化妆品、图文印刷等领域的高端包装应用。20万吨漂白化学热磨机械浆生产线（BCTMP）于2016年第四季度投产。2017年12月19日，斯道拉恩索北海工厂年产能8万吨的聚乙烯淋膜生产线正式投产。

自2002年起斯道拉恩索开始在广西租赁土地用于人工林种植。目前租赁的土地面积为82,591公顷，其中桉树人工林面积为70,000公顷。所有人工林自2012年起，均已获得Forest Stewardship Council？（FSC？森林管理委员会）和CFCCTM中国森林认证委员会的双重认证，为斯道拉恩索北海工厂提供可再生原材料保障。
