Specific Responsibilities:

1.To Maintain and develop a support service for the EOS system

2.To resolve all "how to use"problems both EOS and syteline

3.To respond professionally and quickly on related system issues

4.To utilise the appropriate system to log, prioritise, assign and follow up calls

5.Helps in the promotion of the system, and sell the benifits of the system to dealer and internal staffs

6.Supports the sales process and presents the EOS product and service offering

7.To work with the requirements of the company EHS management systems

8.Provide onsite training and internal supports related to EOS

1.Communicates effectively-especially by phone

2.Has an aptitude for explaining technical issues to non-technical people

3.Builds customer loyalty and confidence

4.Willing to travel occasionally
