Recruitment 15%
? Support HRBP on recruitment activities for commercial team
? Ensure on time in full to deliver recruitment result
 
HR Operation 35%
? Responsible for employee entry and exit process and employee transfer;
● Responsible for SAP HCM employee data input and mainte***ce;
●Support payroll specialist on payroll calculation;
 ? Responsible for employee P-file documentation and mainte***ce;
?Responsible for employees benefits management etc. social security and housing fund calculation and payment ;
?Responsible for Operations team daily and weekly reports,

Life Cycle Process 15%
? Collect information from site HR to update the SAP data every month;
? Labor contract renewal；Document sign-off e.g confidential& Non-compete;
 ? Maintain employee information in the OM system;
? Collect information to RHQ HR in terms of company benefit etc..
                                                     
Vendor Management 15%
?Act as local HR focal on outsourced vendor /agents management

HRIS 20%
? Responsible for HRIS system mainte***ce
