职位描述：
Purpose of the Job

Represents the Quality function during revenue service of the Project and secure customer satisfaction up to Project closure.
Is a Member of the Project Core Team and as a result:
?Ensures the Project Manager has full visibility on all quality aspects of the project and represents the Project Manager in front of the Customer for quality and safety.
?Has delegation from the Project Manager for all topics related to quality at each level of the project including all elements of the hierarchy of the project.
?Measure and improve project quality performance
?Carries out all necessary corrective and preventive actions and monitor the time to solve

Responsibilities
?Be the interface with the customer quality and safety teams
?Monitor problem solving and instruct team to start corrective actions ？Manage problem solving actions by coordinating the actions of the relevant stakeholders in the project
？Monitor the time to solve, according to AT rules & objectives.
？When corrective solution is known and validated, request and monitor warranty implementation teams to perform the appropriate corrective actions
？Escalade critical quality issue, including safety, within the organisation

?Measure and improve project quality performance ?Monitor and control Cost Of Non Quality
?Be the leader to reduce external demerit

?Coordinate with SQA/Supplier/other team members to repair/expertise failed parts, monitor expertise loop
?Ensure Gate Reviews Go On Time (FQA)
?REX consolidation from projects through regular update of database
?Cooperate with PrQSM to ensures an efficient implementation of Risk Management practices (FMEA…) by anticipating risk related to the product final quality or customer satisfaction (Quality Control) in new projects
?Organise / perform quality audits, manages the Non Conformity Report (NCR), as deviations from product requirements or from applicable processes

Requirements
?Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering
?3-5 years of working experience in industrial Project/manufacturing
?Solid knowledge of quality assurance and good in communication skills
?Good English skill both in written and spoken, French is a plus.
