Job Description:
- Provide overall contracting management of whole project
- Develop the project procurement plan and manage the plan execution
- Supervise contract engineer and ensure that the contract formation and
administration is executed in accordance with the aims and requirements of the
management system
- Organize pre-qualification to new bidders (if any), including
questionnaire and site audit
- Prepare Bidders List
- Organize the Pre-bid clarification meeting and subcontractor site survey.
- Prepare and issue of Request For Quotation packages to bidders
- Expedite the bids
- Commercial clarifications with bidders and Commercial Bid Analysis
- Organize the interview for subcontractor key persons, including Project manager, Construction Manager, etc.
- Arrange bid clarification meeting if needed
- Negotiation of commercial terms and conditions with bidders
- Contract issuance and signing.
- Contract post award administration including correspondence,
payment administration, process any change orders and contractors’
claims, etc.
- Interface with BU for any contract issues
- Prepare and issue the regular Contract Status Report
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- At least 10 years project procurement experience and 5 years as contract manager
- Strong Experience in cost analysis and cost control. QS or EPC company background is a plus
- Good English skills both orally and writing.
