职位描述：
1. 负责收录工程师出差记录，服务报告，并统计出差时间，统计设备安装时间，并录入SAP。
2. 负责记录和追踪工程师保内备件申请情况，以及旧备件返还情况。
3. 负责统计维修中心每月维修数量，并且在SAP中生成发票，协助服务支持团队和国外进行对账和确认。
4. 协助管理维修零备件仓库，协同做好月度盘点和记录。
5. 无锡办公室和维修中心日常行政事宜处理
6. 上级安排的其他工作内容。
 
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，3年以上外企工作经验。
2. 较好英文读写能力，以及交流能力。
3. 熟练使用MS-office。
4. 熟练使用SAP或者有SAP经验者尤佳。
