职位描述：
工作职责：
1.负责日常的现金及银行存款收支业务。Responsible for daily cash and bank payment and receipt。
2.负责现金和银行日记账录入系统,并编制资金日报表。Responsible for entry bank voucher in the UFIDA , and Updating "Journal" daily.
3.收集员工费用报销并审核,复核工资单并安排付款。Collect and audit expenses reports form staffs，double check the salary sheet and arrange payment.
4.安排向境外供应商货款及非贸付汇的支付，并准备好付款所需的全部资料。Arrange the payments to suppliers and non-trade foreign exchange payment, preparing the all required documents.
5.负责发票购买、开具、认证、保管，以及金税盘的清卡。Responsible for i***oice purchasing, issuing, certification, keeping, and clearance of gold tax disk.
6.外汇检测系统的登记，并打印或导出报关单。Registration in SAFE， and print out import and export the custom declaration from.
7.领导临时交办的其他工作.Other temporary work which order by department leader.
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，财务相关专业毕业.College degree or above, major in fi***ce.
2.熟悉操作Excel、Word等办公软件.Familiar with Excel, Word and other office software
3.具有从业资格证，熟练使用财务软件.Be certified in accounting and use fi***cial software skillfully
4.工作积极乐观主动，责任心强。Be proactive and be responsible. 举报 分享
