SKILL GROUP: Sales
ROLE TITLE : Business Manager – Regional office (branch or subsidiary)
ROLE PURPOSE:
1.Develop new business activity by prospecting a list of identified prospects and transform them into long term profitable clients.
2.Develop existing business by managing client relationship: increase Arval market share, increase services and products penetration and improve profitability over time.
3.Identify new business opportunities within the region
4.Provide good understanding and visibility of the local car market to the Regional Head of Sales and Regional Service delivery team, and to other departments heads.
5.Establish and develop the Region Sales network, such as intermediary, brokers within the scope of delegation

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to : Regional Head of sales and/or Business Team Manager
Liaise with : Account Manager Team

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Detection and selection of potential ideal clients.
-Keep regular contact and long term relationship with a limited list of key strategic prospects.
-Identify key decision makers within prospect organization (purchase, HR, Finance)
-Visit the prospects, communicate with them, collect the needs and requirements of the accounts, ensure efficient presentation of the Arval Sales Presentation, bring expertise and advice about the best company car policy by analysing prospect existing fleet and area of improvement.
-Manage the tendering and negotiation process. Complete post-tender survey concerning reason or failure or success.
-Define the strategy and the pricing conditions; negotiate the Master Framework Agreement in line with Sales Strategy and delegations system in place.
-Visit Client according to booking done by Account Manager or if any, according to your agenda. Plan agenda and ensure success of client/prospect meetings. Make the Visit Report at the end of every meeting.
-Ensure quotes, orders and client are well followed up and all information is logged in systems and update the information.
-Actively participate to the quality of service delivery by providing relevant clients feed-back and following processes and policies.
-Achieve the Sales objectives in term of fleet production, client mix and revenue.
-Proactively ask for/prepare necessary resources and marketing tools for your daily activity and training of your Sales network (dealers, intermediaries, brokers….)
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
College Diploma or above
Proven 5 years’ experience in Operation Leasing
Extensive Network within SOE and/or MNC
Good level of English is necessary.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge of sales techniques
Knowledge of Operational Leasing Products and Operational Leasing Services
MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good knowledge of local automotive market is a plus.
