职位描述：
POSSIBLE is looking for a performance driven search practitioner that is experienced,smart,engaging,and has a thorough knowledge of organic and paid search.The Senior SEO Soecialist will be the leading voice for our clients,helping them translate their brand positioning and strategy inti compelling and actionable Search programs.He/she is passionate about the digital space and understands hoe SEO and SEM can be integrated to inform long term strategies.A great team player,the successful candidate will collaborate with teams across the agency as well as client-side in order to shepherd brands into the new digital world.
Responsibilities:
1.Work with internal and external clients to provide account ownership and strategic oversight
2.Drive campaign strategy,planning and assume complete responsibility for campaign execution
3.Understand,define,communicate and deliver success metrics on time and on spec
4.Work seamlessly with members of the media,consulting and engagement team to deliver project KPI
5.Lead and manage client proposals and presentations
6.Key contributor to new and existing client pitches;providing strategic recommendations and analyses
7.Lead implementation and manmgement of projects
8.Provide direction and insight for SEO deliverables,point of view requests and strategy
9.Work with management to identify areas for process improvement and new solutions
Required Skills
1.Diploma or Degree
2.At least 3-5 years of experience,perferably in a client-facing role
3.Strong understanding of SEO/SEM practice and methodology-including architectural and design competencies,content and writing knowledge,and off-page link and promotion understanding
4.Strong understanding of SEO/SEM tool sets and search analytics tools;Google Analytics,Omniture,and Kenshoo experience a plus
5.Understanding of basic HTML and dynamic web develoopoment
6.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel,Word and PowerPoint
7.Must be detailed oriented,have strong presentation and project management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 举报 分享
