We are IDFAME NETWORK, a game studio located in Shanghai.
We are making a world first pixel style MOBA game, and demonstrate the core game play during PAX EAST, Boston.

Btw, we are going to attend Tokyo Game Show this year. TGS is 2rd largest game expo on earth!

Job description:

1. Understand the players’ needs and requirements and provide them with assistance and resources to help them enjoy the playable games.
2. Respond to all players’ queries and complaints via social media account (Facebook and Twitter) or in-game email in a timely manner and delivering meaningful reports about bugs issues to developers.
3. Create compelling content including dev logs, social content, and syndicated posts on company website, Facebook Fan Page.
Produce quality engagement with the online game community.
4. Suggest new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities.
5. Cooperate with ads specialists to craft creative and compelling Advertising slogans to promote the game successfully.
6. Besides all of above, there are lots of different tasks for you during developing this game!

Quality:

1. Have to be a game-lover, and bilingual.
2. Having good writing and communications skills and be well versed in multiple social media platforms.
3. Ability to complete tasks in time allotted.
4. Have high proficiency in English and prefer person with second language skill, Japanese going to be perfect! 举报 分享
