Principal Duties / Responsibilities
1. Define and own process for all activities related to OEM LED replenish & CSD under
organization CNL9/HKL9/TWL0
2. Identify areas of improvement, proactively question/challenge/suggest optimizing process
3. Manage team daily operation and monitor team performance through effective process,
team review and KPI setting
4. Monitor and ensure right level i***entory for stock point under CNL9/HKL9/ /TWL0 related
to OEM LED, close work with CSD, DP to ensure customer demand/requirement is met.
5. Monitor Slow/Non-moving and co-work with CSD, DP for close loop actions to clean
slow/non-moving.
6. Responsible for providing monthly intake to factory based on sales forecast and
procurement, managing internal factory (IPSC) supply performance to ensure customer
demand/requirement is met.
7. Responsible receive order from customer and fulfill the customer order on time and
correctly.
8. Jointly participant MTP review, handshake meeting, allocation meeting, indicate clearly
supply constraint to DP and sales, execute supply allocation per global rule.
9. Responsible for internal & external audit such as TS16949 for OEM LED replenish & CSD
part.
10. Key user of system related to replenish, responsible for relevant master data (B, C level)
setup.
11. Responsible for AOP about i***entory (target setting) and align with global replenish team.

Objectives
1. I***entory level KPI
Improve and maintain optimized i***entory level, target refer to KPI dashboard, % of MAT.
Measurement: KPI
2. I***entory – SNM (Slow- & Non-Moving I***entory) follow up
Monitoring Slow / non-moving for Gr. China commercial, DPC lamps & accessory related,
target refer to KPI dashboard.
Monthly review slow/non-moving, provision list with Sales & Marketing, seeking for solid
actions for cleaning up slow/non-moving, be the key owner for close loop actions follow up.
Measurement: KPI
3. Develop replenish & CSD (Customer Service Desk) team of Greater China
Develop replenish & CSD team of Gr. China-LED related, set up standard operation process,
monitor team operation and performance. Complete handover & takeover in Q2 of 2017. Share
an assessment with Kitty and Mike on the best way forward at the end of Q2 (process update,
team wow and improvement)
Measurement: Review meeting on team setup and performance
4. PIPO OEM LED
Co-work together with DP from SCM point of view on PIPO, communicate with factory on
intake before portfolio creation in system, collect quotation and finalize price mainte***ce in
SAP according to quotation. Follow with DP and sales team on phased out product, manage
stock cleanup and communicate with factory on phased out plan to ensure least provision.
Measurement: DRM for PI type & SNM for PO type
5. DRM, shared KPI
Target: DRM Gr. China, target: 99%
Measurement: KPI
6. People development
Build and develop the Replenish & CSD team – OEM LED Chain Team. Train and educate the
team to proactively identify areas for improvement, raise questions / challenge and provide
suggestions to optimize processes.
