职位描述：
Biological Scientists/Oncology:
Desired skills and experience:
1. Hands on experience in cell culture, Compound ell toxicity IC50 determination
2. Hands on experience in receptor assays, enzyme assays or cellular assays
3. Experience in kinase/enzyme assays and radioisotope labeled assays methods, Familiarity with readers, counters and automation tools as a plus
4. Hands-on experience in developing, validating and executing cell signaling assays, be familiar with related technical skills such as Western bolt, ELISA, cell transfection etc.
5. Characterize basic biochemical and catalytic properties of recombinant enzymes and their interactions with small molecule inhibitors including mechanism of action is an advantage

Responsibilities:
1. Bachelor with 2 years of industrial experience in oncology drug discovery or Master in Biochemistry/Cell Biology degree
2. Experimental data analysis, interpretation and report writing
3. Working independently and also in a team environment

职责描述：
1. 熟练掌握细胞培养以及化合物的细胞毒性IC50测定实验
2. 熟练掌握过相关酶学，受体配体结合等实验原理和操作方法
3. 熟悉相关的激酶活性的检测方法（如TR-FRET,同位素,荧光素等）和，具备相关检测分析仪器的使用经验者将优先考虑
4. 熟悉常规细胞信号通路，具备western bolt, ELISA,细胞转染等基本操作技能
5. 能够解析酶与小分子化合物的相互作用，并阐述药物作用机制研究将优先考虑。

任职条件：
1. 具备细胞生物学/生物化学相关专业本科学历,应届生亦可。
2. 能很好的安排工作时间，保证试验和报告按时完成；并能详细地记录实验数据，分析实验结果。
