I. BROAD FUNCTION: 广义职责

The Forklift Driver is responsible to operate movement and pickup of the materials and finished products 仓库叉车司机负责原材料和成品的搬运。

Report to Forklift Driver Leader.向铲车组长报告。

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要责任

RESPOBSIBILITY: 职责

1. Follow company policies and warehouse operation procedures.

       遵守公司政策和严格执行仓库操作流程

2. To know and be familiar with all the procedures and controls of the Receiving and Shipping Warehouse.

      了解和熟悉所有接收和发运仓库的程序和控制

3. Storage into the assigned location for all the materials, pickup and move all the materials requests to production line timely and correctly.

及时准确把接收原材料放到指定库位中去和发送用于生产的所有原料

4. Storage into the assigned location for all the finished goods form production, Pickup and load all the finished goods orders requests to customer timely and correctly.

及时准确把生产入库成品放到指定库位中去和客户订单配拣装车

5. Fill up the record forms for all transactions of materials and finished goods storage, pickup, deliver and load.

填写好所有原材料和成品收、发、存记录单

6. Maintain and clean the reach trucks everyday and do the safety inspection for all the reach trucks before and after running, keep the record.

每天对叉车进行清洁保养，使用前后对叉车进行安检并记录

7. Work together with warehouse keeper to maintain depots clean, organized and neat.

协助仓管员保持仓库干净、整洁，有序

8. Safe Handling : driver to pop the trunk, pull hand brake, Mats good tires, anti - slip mats. Key warehousing of vehicles to do the job.

安全装卸：司机停车熄火，手刹拉起，垫好轮胎止滑垫。车辆钥匙存放仓库 ,才能进行作业。

9. Any additional activities assigned by supervisor

III. 教育，技能和经验

1. Able to drive a reach truck with the forklift licence.

        能够驾驶铲车，有叉车操作证

2. Experience in warehousing and distribution

       有入库和发货的经验

3. Experience in the food industry preferred.

        最好在食品行业有经验

本岗位为12小时轮班制，需要上夜班；

需在冷库中工作，介意勿投
