JOB DESCRIPTION
? Coordinate and control all aspects of a TVC or video production.
? Work closely with the Creative Team and act as a Supervisor and Quality Controller to ensure that TV commercials produced are delivered up to a high creative standard within the agreed to budget and time frame.
? Contribute to project biding and budgeting, negotiate with suppliers, and provide technical advice for Production and Post-Production.
? Proactively provide samples and production input as creative stimulus for Account and Creative Teams.
? Work in partnership with all relevant Account and Creative Team ensuring effective communication and management of team's expectations.
? Ensure that fi***cial administration is of high standard and dealt with on time.
? Maintain tight control of project budgets and deadlines and communicate issues immediately to the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
? Experience in Advertising agency, can handle project independently.
? Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
? Technical Production know-how and an ability to get things done on time and on budget.
? Strong communication skills.
? Network and connections to numerous suppliers.
? Knowledge of editing software is a plus.
? Organized, efficient, service oriented
? Ability to work under pressure and with short timelines
? Faculty to come up with creative solutions
? Love interacting with clients and creative teams
? Native Chinese / Fluent English
? Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.
? Good time management skill & self-discipline.
? Previous experience working with luxury jewelry industry will be a plus.
