工作职责：
Reports to:
Product Quality Manager
Other stakeholders:
? Internal: Capacity Assurance, Sustainability, Quality, Shipping teams
? External: H&M suppliers

Accountability
The Senior Technician is accountable to:
? Motivate, support & educate the team in accordance with company goals
? Establish methods and routine follow up in the team
? Ensure all samples are developed based on H&M quality requirement
? Evaluate supplier’s performance

Main Responsibilities
Team Leader
? Maintain a general overview of the technicians’ work performance and their possible need for education
? Make sure that the whole team is working with the same tools and methods
? Supervise communication with the Buying Office, Global Purchasing Organization (GPO) and suppliers
? Be a good role model/H&M leader and work on building the team into a top performing team
? Support technicians to be proactive and to search for & create new ideas to solve problems and share them with the rest of the group
? Coordinate the team’s holidays, travel and education
? Check and follow up the workload of the technicians
? Evaluate individual staff performance and work actively with feedback given and dialogue
? Perform team goal setting and constantly follow up results
? Follow up team activity and projects

Cooperation with other Production teams
? Work closely with the Senior Merchandiser, Senior Quality Control and Senior Quality Assurance to ensure the best final product
? Share information on cases/problems/solutions with other concerned teams in order to strengthen product knowledge

Cooperation with the Buying Office
? Create a good dialogue with patternmakers in the Buying Office. Initiate Production Office approvals whenever possible
? Receive and analyze information regarding new technical guidelines
? Encourage teams to update patternmakers at the Buying Office concerning possible improvements of products

Cooperation with the Global Purchasing Organization (GPO)
? Work closely with GPO technicians with regard to sample quality
? Share technical knowledge with the GPO

Cooperation with H&M Suppliers
? Educate H&M suppliers on Technical requirements/Fitting Blocks/How to measure/How to read H&M m-list
? Encourage H&M suppliers to become more active in finding good technical solutions


任职资格：
Education and Experience requirements
? Preferably a degree in textiles / ready to wear / pattern making
? Preferably textiles/garment production experience in a similar position in a supplier or representative office
? Preferably experience in a sample room


Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Fluent in written and spoken English
? Knowledge of Freehand program
? Able to use all Microsoft applications 举报 分享
