Responsibilites:

1. The OE Key Account Mangaer is responsible for (a) defined customer (s) in the OE-segment in his/her region
2. The OE Key Account Mangaer is the representative of Webasto and our product portfolio and structures and supervises the customer contacts
3. Coordination of the Webasto sales activities for the relevant customer(s) i***olving internal and external partners (incl. potential Tier 1 cooperation partners)
4. Lead of the customer team in the acquisition process
5.Ensures the planned turnover and gross profit, ensures the success of all projects in his/her customer portfolio and strengthens the Webasto position in the market
6. Contract management and evaluation: Lead of negotiations of all contracts in his/her customer portfolio (e.g. development contracts, price or commercial contracts or long term agreements)
7. Development of customer strategy
8. Consolidation of customers development trends and requirements and transfer into Webasto
9. Builds a network to all relevant interfaces and departments on his/her customer side. Collects information about projects, products, platforms, development trends and positioning of competition
10. Lead of the customer project team according PEP (until GW1)
11. Lead of all planning activities of his/her customer portfolio (volumes, prices, turnover / short-, mid- and longterm)
12. Supports claims management as escalation level
13. Customer Satisfaction
14. Right to negotiate in the given framework for all contracts and agreements with the customer
15. Price definition and –negotiation within the agreement or defined frame with the OE Sales Director
16. Definition of the customer specific communication strategy within his/ her customer portfolio through all departments and disciplines

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years experience in international sales in the automotive industry
3. Integrative leading competence and enforcement strenght
4. Good negotiation skills
5. Conceptional strength and stretegic skills preferrably
6. Independance, customer- and solution oriented
7. Ability to solve conflicts
8. Intercultural and social competence with great communication skills
9. Deep knowledge of the official and inofficial decision processes in the customer organization
10. Business fluent English in word and writing is a must; German is preferrably, other foreign languages are benefitial
11. Capacity for enthusiasm and co***iction
12. Knowledge in marketing
13. Willingness to travel
