1. Follow up garments orders process and ensure bulk shipment achieve timely delivery with good quality
跟进服装的订单，确保出货质量良好
2. Good service to client and meet their requirements accordingly
为客户提供良好的服务并满足他们的要求
3. Keep contact with QC inspectors and submit QC report to client timely.
与QC检验员保持联系，及时提交QC报表给客户。
4. To be responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities, connecting all accessories from supplier & pre-production sample operation tracking， well recorded into data.
负责日常业务活动的协调，生产前供应商的面辅料/样品的收集及跟踪, 做好文档记录。
5. To communicate order operation processes properly to meet quality, order specifications & inspection required.
协调订单操作流程以满足质量、订单规格和验货要求。
6. To track pre-operation on sample development to ensure matching of samples required specifications & quality standard.
跟踪样品产前的操作，以确保样品符合要求&规格和质量标准。
7. To coordinate QC inspector’s daily arrangement with suppliers.
协调QC与供应商的日常工作安排。
8. To diagnose operation problems & report to manager timely and recorded.
判断操作问题并与工厂合作，及时向管理者汇报情况及备案。

Job Requirement
职位要求
1. Good knowledge and experience on in garments manufacturing and trading company.
良好的成衣制造和贸易公司工作经验。
2. Over 3 years working in the buying office of famous European retailer or trading company
3年以上欧洲知名零售商或贸易公司办公室工作经验
3. Good negotiating and communication skills.
良好的谈判和沟通技巧
4. Good of written and spoken English.
良好的英语听说读写能力
5. Good organization and team-oriented
良好的组织能力和团队精神
6. College degree in Garment Construction & Apparel Manufacture.
服装制造学专业。
7. Minimum 3 years experience in apparel merchandising e***ironment.
至少3年服装跟单工作经验。
8. Good product knowledge in woven &knitwear.
良好的梭织和针织产品知识。
9. Self -motivated team player & willing to work under pressure.
自我激励的团队精神，愿意在压力下工作。
10. Prepared to travel occasionally
