Position: Material Specialist/ Strategy Sourcing

Education: Bachelor degree or above
Responsibilities:
Analyze the purchasing market with respect to business division target and requirements as
well as prepare and update the supplier matrix, prepare qualified supplier evaluations. Build up alternative suppliers to reduce costs, achieved technical, quality and other defined targets, according to business division requirements in agreement with cross functional responsible i***olved.
Implementation and supporting preparation of a purchasing strategy for the material group in defined strategy team and establish a standard and optimized supplier basis to realize synergies by bundling purchasing volume, concentrating on efficient suppliers and optimizing in process chain.
Analyze suppliers in cooperation with the suppliers, identify opportunities for improvement and derive corresponding qualification measures, i***olving internal organizational units, in
order to optimize the process chain between the supplier and Ritz.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above,major in engineering （ Metal material/Mechanic/electromechanical）with relevant knowledge of business economics.
At least 3 years working experience in Technical Department
At least 5 years working experience in procurement（Law materials for Power/electric preferred）
Good knowledge of business processes and project management, presentation, methodological skills, ERP, Microsoft office.
