职位描述：
1、Meeting financial reporting package requirements to IMS Gear (Taicang) Co., Ltd. and IMS Gear SE & Co. KGaA
2、Ensuring the accuracy of financial statements
3、Ensuring effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key metrics such as price, productivity and escalations
4、Coordinating activities like KPI and PIAP
5、Working with Finance Director and Business Leaders to understand opportunities, drive objectives and address risks
6、Sales and contribution margin analysis broken down by product and customer
7、Manage the forecasting and business planning process
8、Analysis of plant overhead cost and allocations
9、Management of critical working capital elements, Inventory valuation, days on hand and material cost analysis
10、Support monthly and annual closing processes to ensure that deadlines are met
11、ERP support to ensure accuracy and consistency
12、Investment planning and tracking support
13、Maintain close linkage with HQ and other sister units around the world.

Qualification:
1、University Bachelor degree or above with major in accounting or in a finance related field
2、Very Good command of English in both oral and written.
3、10 years or above of working experience related to controlling / financial analysis position in a manufacturing company with major in an accounting or finance related subject. Automotive industry background is preferred.
4、Team leading ability.
