Job Descriptions:

· Handle booking request from customer

· Input/ Handle booking in speed/accuracy with valid filing rate and in accordance with booking SOP

· Follow up detention and demurrage , surcharge in local port and follow up the surcharge collection .

· Deal with internal/external customer inquiry on booking information

· Handle CY/CV late come and co-ordinate with terminal operation team

· Handle equipment pick up / laden gate in problem with equipment / terminal operation team

· Handle COD request after shipment on board and co-ordinate with relevant party


Job Requirements:
-College graduate or above
-Basic knowledge of international trade
-CET-4, good command of both oral and written English
-Have a high sense of responsibility, can work diligently under high pressure, willing to work overtime during peak season.
