Key responsibilities:
1. Customer basic information (in banking systems and local regulatory systems) input and maintenance updated and correct
2. Accounts (in banking systems and local regulatory systems) input and maintenance updated and correct
3. Dormant account management and control (for both corporate and professional counterparties)
4. Audit confirmation processing and reply
5. Review and manage KYC/account opening related documents in accordance with KBC internal policy and local regulatory requirements
6. Prepare internal reports for control and monitoring purpose
7. Customer centric services, including but not limited to, account balance check and other transactions related queries
9． Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Education background: university degree
Working experience: at least 1-year working experience
