Major responsibilities
1. Orders execution, Commercial terms and conditions checking and controlling with evaluations and executions upon receipt the contracts from sales.
2. Prepare OC/SO for valves/parts after SAP booking and prepare the required documents based on the contract to customer if any.
3. Payment collection and chasing prompt delivery from factory for the urgent orders.
4. Prepare the delivery notice to warehouse for delivery arrangement and inform customer accordingly.
5. Presenting all documents including invoice to customer with the copy filing.
6. Monthly order intake summary and orders on hands by the end of each month and forward for checking and review.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor;
Requirement profile:
1. University degree or above, major in engineering; international trading knowledge is plus
2. At least 2 years relevant working experience.
3. Experience in order handling, purchase and SAP/ERP is an advantage; knowledge in import and export affairs and valve knowledge is a plus.
4. Good PC application skills, particularly WORD, EXCEL
5. Good communication skill in written English, good oral English will be a plus.
