职位描述：
This job is responsible for product industrialization and process optimization for Firmenich Zhangjiagang Plant.

1. Assure that product industrialization is executed with a focus on safety, reproducible and economically.
2. Works closely with Production, engineering and HS&E team to ensure safe operations.
3. Work on projects linked with the new product introduction, provide validation report.
4. Responsible for writing and maintaining manufacturing SOP, arrange training to manufacturing operators.
5. Work with manufacturing and creation team to drive process optimization and manufacturing complexity reduction.
6. Responsible for trouble shooting on process and product related non conformances.
7. Works closely with manufacturing and engineering functions to drive continuous improvement projects.
8. To perform other jobs assigned by line manager.

Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 7 years of flavor/fragrance/Food manufacturing experience or equivalent.
2. Bachelor’s degree in food/chemical engineering or related subjects.
3. Manufacturing experience in Food and Flavor industries are highly preferred.
4. Responsible, hard working with passion and good communication skill.
5. Teamwork spirit, self-motivated and honest.
6. Good speaking, writing and reading in English.
7. Good command of computer, knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
